Materials Control is the excellent tool for organising your complete stockcontrol within your company.

Stock control

You can think about placing orders for both you food & beverage products as well as all of your non food products (possibly based on the pricing arrangements with your suppliers). Also, you can efficiently manage and count your stock, departments or other cost centers, which saves you time. Several cost centers can be displayed in a hierarchic structure with reports and analysis available on every level.

Interface with POS system

Materials Control also supplies in one or several interfaces with your POS system. With this interface the articles sold are directly imported in the Materials Control database. By doing this, stock levels can be adjusted automatically (potential use) and a "daily flash cost" can be calculated.

Cost price calculation

By using Materials Control, you can easily make cost price calculations of your dishes (recipes). When the dishes have been calculated, you can then make use of menu engineering on a self composed menu, or parts of a menu, on a day to day basis. This enables you to make decisions quickly and adequatly on articles with costs that are too high or profit margins that are too low.

By using the extra modules, you can simplify your work even further and handle things more efficiently, think about:

• inventory by barcode using scanners by Symbol Technologies
• business-to-business module for exchange of orders and pricing information electronically
• Web Client ; with a browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) and this web client the user is granted access to several basic functionalities, such as ordering, inventory and recipies. Ideal to let departments or other locations register their orders of enter stock counts from a remote location.
• Back office interface to your accounting application, so checked packing slips can immediately be approved without having to process these separately.
